Today's Workout!!!

I get a lot of requests for workouts so this is a write out of what I did today!

I always drink lemon water during my workout because it keeps me feeling fresh. It helps to release the toxins from your body, which is why I started it in the first place. Lemon water is something I honestly drink alllll the time because of the health benefits. It probably won't cancel out all the sweet tea and wine that I drink but its fine 🤪
