EASTER!
I hope that everyone had a fabulous Easter! There are so many ways to celebrate Easter and I love seeing how every family has their own traditions. Richmond and I colored eggs and then hid them throughout our apartment. We also hid plastic eggs with little notes in them! This tradition is one that we started this year and we will see what next year brings!
WORKOUT!
So, today I decided to really focus on a butt workout because that's an area that everyone knows I need help in (lol). I did my usual crunches (seen in YouTube video). Then I did sets of BRIDGES. I have a short demo below, but I did:
16 Regular Bridges
16 Right Leg Bridges
16 Left Leg Bridges
Repeat 4x
I followed my bridges with big LUNGES. (As a dancer I count everything in 8s so I'm sorry for the 16s hehe
16 Large Lunges (turn around)
16 Large Lunges
Repeat 4x
It felt so good to soak up the sunshine and I am so excited to keep it going this week!
MORE!
Working out has been what gives me a sense of accomplishment each day. It is what gets me outside, gets me moving and helps me to get some sun! I have done several little projects to stay sane during this quarantine and I will absolutely be sharing them soon! Painting the dresser was such a big win, I couldn't wait to find another project. Stay tuned for more fun projects!
